The welded components and child parts are assembled in a assembly line with automatic and manual process controls which includes dedicated quality inspection jigs and fixtures. Extensive POKA YOKE is implemented for defect prevention.
With a fully equipped Tool room, including design capabilities, we are able to design and manufacture the tools required for manufacturing precision sheet metal components. These tools run in our Press Shop, which is equipped with presses ranging from 30Tons to 200Tons. These presses equipped allow us to run all types of tools including compound, simple form, multi station form and progressive dies. All production tooling run at TRAC is maintained in-house.
In-house molding facility allows us to maintain very strict quality parameters for all plastic molded child parts. We have gained steady experience over time in production of key components with engineering plastic materials for auto components. From molding die design, modelling simulation, to production, the entire process is performed under full supervision of our experienced engineers, fully committed to delivering parts and components compliant with specific requirements.
Our weld shop is equipped with advanced welding setup to achieve optimum and strong welds as per the product specifications. Our equipment includes projection welding machines ranging from 75KVA to 150KVA
